QUALITY SYSTEM
The Quality Approach is based on APQP methodology used to define the Control Plan (process and product control) based on FMEA analysis.
For every SOP of new products we define according to our customer requirements a Reinforced Control Plan applied in each phase of our process. Normally the Reinforced Control Plan is used for the first six months of production rump-up (Pre-launch).
